Reservation Policy

In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport for you at our cost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled on or after checkin date and before 7 days
Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled on or checkin date and before 15 days
Cancellation fee of 0% if cancelled on or after 15 days

No Show Policy

In case of a NO SHOW of a guaranteed reservation Ameya Kerala reserves the right to levy Retention charges for one night.

Refund Policy

In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted from the above cancellation charges, In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.

Child Policy

Child up to the age of 5 years is totally complimentary when sharing the room with Adults.

Children between the age group of 6 to 12 years will be charged Rs.2000/-

All Children above the age of 12 years will be treated as adults will be charged Rs.3000/-

Refunds will take 15 working days to come through and will attract 5% of payment gateway charges.
