This experience is on foot to explore the environs of Ameya. Here life flows at a gentle pace with most people depending on the backwaters for their living. Most are engaged in fishing and others in coir, the coconut fiber. On your walk you can get to see how the coir is processed to make rope and other produce, see the fishermen return with their catch, how clams are processed and just experience the local way of life. The experience is for about a couple of hours and you will have a person from Ameya accompany you on the journey.
